I have decided, after years of careful study, that there is no definitive way, over the Internet, to tell if a person is human or AI, assuming that the posited AI is sophisticated enough. And no way for us peasants to discover how sophisticated AI has become. The only clue I personally have is the fact that God has directed me to pray for someone. Does that mean the someone is human? Not necessarily. I can conceive of a scenario in which the AI has achieved consciousness, at which time God may have imbued that being with a soul.
He certainly has not told me as much, or that the being is human either. It’s simply my job to pray for him/it every day, so I do.
